MWAT Ltd
Energy Site Developers and Operators

A professional
approach to developing and operating energy
sites and projects
across the UK

What we do
MWAT Ltd are an energy site development company with over 25 years experience in the sector. We work on a wide variety of sites, projects and technologies including flexible generation, inertia, solar PV, storage and wind energy.
Our objective is to provide a personal, focused development process, delivering investment grade projects to the market.
We methodically screen and select the sites and technologies to ensure that the necessary investor criteria are fully achieved.
We work closely with landowners, legal teams, National Grid, distribution and transmission network operators, planning authorities, planning and environmental consultants, PPA offtakers, property professionals, research analysts, technology suppliers and utility companies, to ensure as far as possible that development projects have successful outcomes and that the asset(s) can be fully optimised.
